Alex Kamkar to Speak at National Real Estate Conference

Alex Kamkar NAREE Conference
Bold Fox Development’s Alex Kamkar will be sharing his expert insight into the new trends in master-planned community development during the 55th Annual Real Estate Journalism Conference presented by the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) this December.

Kamkar’s impressive resume will complement those of his fellow panelists — Adam Ducker, Chief Executive Officer of Robert Charles Lesser & Co., and TBG Partners Principal and Chairman of the Board Mark Meyer. Together, the three will explore the shape of master-planned communities in 2030 and beyond.

The conference draws award-winning journalists from across the nation working for such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NY Times, Houston Chronicle, Dallas Morning News, Denver Post, CoStar News, and more. These journalists often develop stories from the conference workshops, quoting speakers’ comments in news stories and social media posts. Often, NAREE will be trending on Twitter during the conference as attendees share insights learned from speakers.

Founded in 1929, NAREE has more than 600 members worldwide, covering commercial and residential real estate; luxury and affordable housing; multi-family and mixed-use; green building and sustainable urban and suburban design; mortgage, finance investments and capital markets; government housing policy; and hospitality real estate. The organization usually selects a conference city with real estate trends stories to tell. This year’s conference, set for Dec. 7-10, will be held in Miami.

In addition to his fast development pace at Bold Fox Development, Kamkar also has been elected to the Pearland City Council.
