Our Leaders
Alex brings a wealth of experience in planning and development, playing an active and integral role in Houston’s continued master-planned community growth over the last decade. Spending nearly 10 years working in single family master-planned developments and five years working for a preeminent publicly traded homebuilder working on master-planned communities, Alex was successful in securing over half a billion dollars in construction financing for master-planned communities across Texas. In addition, Alex pioneered the new use of new business intelligence technology for Toll Master-Planned Communities to oversee $1.25B+ in construction spend. His work paid off when he was awarded the 1st ever Quality Planned Development Award from West Houston Association.
Taking his years of industry experience, and passion for nature-focused development, Alex founded Bold Fox Development in 2019 and, in just under one year, has three new development projects underway.
Raised in San Antonio, Alex graduated from Texas A&M University before earning his Master’s in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. Since pursuing his real estate passion, Alex has served his community and industry as: President of the Montgomery County Builders/Developers Division (2018-2019), Member of the Board of Directors for Greater Houston Builders Association (2018-2019), Charter Director of the Quality Communities Alliance of Texas, Member of the Drainage Committee for the West Houston Association, Outstanding Committee Member for the West Houston Association Drainage Committee (2018), and was elected to the Pearland City Council (2020).
When not developing beautiful communities around the Houston area, Alex spends time with his wife Nikki - a Deloitte partner - and their three children and three dogs in Pearland.
